(1) Receive NTSC crosshatch signal.
(2) Select FULL mode with [ASPECT] key.
(3) Select 1. PICTURE/SOUND from SERVICE MENU.
(4) Select < D18 > (DEF. RST) and change the data 0
to 1 (free run).
(5) While observing the screen, adjust the < D15 >
(H. FREQ) so that an optimum horizontal
synchronization is obtained. (see figure)
(6) Press [MUTING] key to memorize the set value.
(7) After adjustment, select < D18 > and change the
data 1 to 0.
(8) Press [MUTING] key to memorize the set value.
