• Preparation of the front flange assembly (3): 

-

 

Lubricate the Y-seal (45x65x8) (1) external surface with oil. 

-

 

Lubricate the Y-seal internal lips with high temperature grease. 

-

 

Insert the Y-seal in the front flange (3) using the tool no.  6. Push 

the Y-seal till it rest on the final shoulder. 

• Mount the front flange components in the following order: 

-

 

Gasket (2). 

 

 

In  order  to  preserve  the  Y-seal  lips  from 
damaging,  completely  cover  the  tab  seat  with  a 
tape during the mounting. The tab seat edges can 
cut the Y-seal lips.

Front flange (3).

Grower washers M8 (3 pcs) (4).
