• As before, block the gears with a rubber pad inserted between the
teeth.
• Mount the spacers (2 pcs).
• Mount the safety washers (2 pcs).
• Tighten the screws M8x1.25x30 (6 pcs) that lock the timing gears
using a power-wrench (tool no. 10) adjusted at 2 kgm.
• Bend the safety washers to block the screws rotation.
• Estract the steel calibrated tape.
• Remove the rubber pad inserted between the teeth.
Assembling of the front and rear covers
Y-seal, OR and gaskets must always be
substituted with newone.

• Insert no. 4 pins Ø10x30 in the front bench and mount the related
gasket.
• Preparation of front cover assembly:
- Lubricate the Y-seal (45x65x10) external surface with oil.
- Lubricate the Y-seal internal lips with high temperature grease.
- Insert the Y-seal in his seat using the tool no. 6. Push the Y-seal till
it rest on the final shoulder.

Insert the spacer (thickness 0.5mm).
- Insert the seeger ring on his seat.
• Mount the Viton OR 2137 on the driving shaft.
Be careful to not damage the OR on the tap seat
edges.
• Mount the Y-seal bushing. The internal chamfer (3x45°) must face
the shaft shoulder.
• Insert the tool no. 4 on the shaft to avoid damaging the Y-seal lips
during the mounting.
• Mount the front cover assembly.
• Fix the same by means of screws M8 (10 pcs) with relative grower
washer (10 pcs).
• Mount the tab on the shaft.
