Trickle charging
The battery is charged completely when the green LED (3) lights up permanently. The
charger switches to trickle charging. Trickle charging continues until the power plug
is pulled out.

To ensure a long battery service life, we recommend regular equalising charges
(once per week). The charger must be connected to mains for at least 12 hours.
Mains connection
Mains voltage: 230 V ±10%
Mains frequency: 50 Hz ±4%
Charging times
Depending on the battery discharge state, charging can last up to 12 hours.
Partial charging
The charger is designed in such a manner that it automatically adapts itself when
charging partially charged batteries. This reduces battery wear.

The red LED (5) lighting up permanently indicates a discharged battery.
4 Discharge monitor LED (discharge indicator)
The LED indicates the battery’s discharge state.

In case of light applications (load < 300 kg), the battery must already be charged if
the LED lights up yellow.
Charge the battery when the LED lights up red.
Further operation will damage the battery.
The battery will be drained so that the voltage will fall below the minimum permissible
value.

Lifting is interrupted when the residual capacity of 20% (LED lights up red) is reached.
