Adjustment Procedures

Results of Improper Adjustment

Caution : Be sure to cut off air supply and start the work when

replacing the wiper.

①

Replace the wiper base and the wiper with the optional parts.

For the setscrews, use setscrews

and

without replacing

them.

Remove the motor cover, and install reversely the air tube

connected to the solenoid valve from the wiper device.

Standard : J05 is on the upper side. J06 is on the lower side

Reverse sweeping : J05 is on the lower side. J06 is on the

upper side.

③

Adjust the position of the wiper to the same as that of standard

adjustment as described below.

•

Clearance provided between the wiper and the needle is 1

mm or more.

•

Adjust the wiper to 40 mm from the top surface of the throat

plate.
