2. ERROR COdE LIST (ERROR dISpLAY IN pANEL)
There are the followng error codes n ths devce. These error codes nterlock (or lmt functon) and nform
the problem so that the problem s not enlarged when any problem s dscovered. When you request our
service, please confirm the error codes.

• When the synchronzer has broken.
• Belt s loose.
• Machne head s not proper.
• Motor pulley s not proper.
• Check the synchronzer connector (CN33)
for loose connecton and dsconnecton.
• Check whether the synchronzer cord has
broken snce the cord s caught n the
machne head.
• Check the belt tenson.
• Check the settng of the machne head.
• Check the settng of the motor pulley.
E004 Synchronzer lower poston

E00 Overload of motor • When the machne head s locked.
• When sewng extra-heavy materal beyond the
guarantee of the machne head.
• When the motor does not run.
• Motor or drver s broken.
• Check whether the thread has been en-
tangled n the motor pulley.
• Check the motor output connector (4P) for
loose connecton and dsconnecton.
• Check whether there s any holdup when
turnng the motor by hand.
E0 Meda s not nserted. • Meda s not nserted. • Turn the power OFF and check the meda.
E02 Read error • Data of meda cannot be read. • Turn the power OFF and check the meda.
E03 Wrte error • Data of meda cannot be wrtten. • Turn the power OFF and check the meda.
E04 Wrte protect • Meda s n the state of wrtng prohbton. • Turn the power OFF and check the meda.
E05 Format error • Formattng cannot be performed. • Turn the power OFF and check the meda.
E0 External meda capacty over • Capacty of meda s short. • Turn the power OFF and check the meda.
E09 Fle sze over • Fle s too large. • Turn the power OFF and check the meda.
E032 Fle nterchangeablty error • There is no interchangeability of file. • Turn the power OFF and check the meda.
E04 Sewng recorder error • Ths error number s dsplayed n the event of a
sewng recorder data fault.

• Ths message s dsplayed n the case the buffer
storage for storng the ISS data s almost full.
If the sewng machne s contnuously used wth
the buffer storage full, the stored peces of data
wll be erased from the earlest one.
