PureView Instrument Care
The PureView encasement is water resistant but not waterproof. Be careful not to immerse the PureView
instrument in liquids or to operate it in an environment where it is continuously sprayed by liquids. Should
the instrument become wet, carefully dry it.
Cleaning the PureView instrument may be performed using a clean cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol.
Do not drop the PureView instrument as this may damage its coaxial connectors and its internal circuitry.
Do not disassemble the PureView instrument. Opening the case will void the product warranty.
The PureView instrument is intended for use in a static-free environment.
Equipment Repair
If the PureView unit requires repair, contact your PureView Technical Support Representative. The
Representative will be able to recommend whether the unit should be returned to the factory for repair. If a
return is recommended, the Representative will ask for details regarding the repair issue and will issue an RMA
number. If possible, when returning equipment to Imaginant, please package the equipment in its original
shipping materials with the RMA number noted on the shipping documentation.
