9.8.4 Setting a close range dynamic range [MENU]

Set a range for changing a close range dynamic range. A range from 0.0 to 3.3 miles can be set.

Use the following procedure to set a close range dynamic range.

(a) Display the INSTALLATION menu by pressing the

[MENU]

key in long mode, select

RADAR , RADAR ADJUST2 , and DR NEAR RNG. , and press

[JOG DIAL]

[ACQ/ENT]

(b) Adjust the main bang suppression level by turning

[JOG DIAL]

and erase the main bang.
