9.5.
The warranty does not cover the units with destroyed factory seals.
9.6.
In case of failure of the unit or its defect during the effective term of the warranty
and if the owner discovers that certain components are missing, the owner of the unit
shall send to the manufacturer or his representative a repair (replacement) request
stating his full name, address and telephone number and containing a short description
of the defect and the conditions in which and the date when it was discovered.
