Follow warnings marked “
” closely.

Assemble parts carefully.
•
Make adjustments carefully.

Test your work. Do not guess. Make sure propeller does just what the operator wants
and nothing else.

Do not shift gears on a stopped outboard. Adjustments can be lost and parts weakened.
