执行器调试说明
Commissioning Instruction
A.
将执行器与阀体的机械连接安装完毕。
B.
将电源及控制信号线连接完毕。
C.
将拨码开关设定到需要的位置，当拨码开关位置设定完成后，再打开
执行器电源开关，设定功能即生效（拨码开关可带电设定）。
D.
打开电源开关。
E.
执行器进行上电自适应：此步骤的目的为使执行器与阀体进行行程匹配：
1)
执行器
键橙色灯闪烁（
1Hz
），执行器轴先运行至下极限位置，然
后再缩进运行至上极限位置，此时执行器将不受控制信号的控制。
2)
键橙色灯停止闪烁，执行器与阀体的自适应结束，阀体与执行器
配合调节完成。此时执行器的运行方向由控制信号控制。
3)
如自适应过程中出现
键红灯快速闪烁
(2Hz)
，为报警状态，说明自
适应不正确，不能匹配阀门最大行程。
注：
1.
出厂设置为上电后自动行程自适应，即执行器每次通电后，执行器将自动
执行自适应操作。
2.
若不需要上电自适应功能，可将第七位拨码调至
OFF
。当需要进行行程自
适应时，按下
键
5S
以上，执行器进入自适应状态，工作现象如上述

A. Mount the actuator on the valve correctly.
B. Wire the actuator refer to the wiring diagram.
C. Set the DIP switch. (DIP switch can be set when power on).
D. Power On.
E. Start stroke calibration.
1. When
LED blinks in orange (1Hz), the actuator will make one full
cycle to detect the stem extended and retracted limits. The control
signal is ignored during stroke calibration.
2. After LED stop blinking, Actuator can be controlled by control
signal.
3. Alarm appears when LED is fast blinking in red (2Hz). Double
check the compatibility of valve and actuator.
Note:
1. Factory setting: the actuator stroke calibration when power on.
2. Set DIP switch S1-7 to OFF if self stroke calibration isn't needed.
Press the "mode" button more than 5 seconds when power on to
enable stroke calibration manually. The actuator will act as 1) and
2).
F. Local control mode: Press and at the same time for more than
5 seconds, the actuator will enter local control mode. During local
control procedure, ,

make actuator move reverse action(stem retracts) and
