Endgültige Checkliste

Nach Ankuppeln des Tanks an den Processor gehen Sie bitte die folgende Checkliste durch:

  1.

Wurde das richtige Programm gewählt?

  2.

Wurde die richtige Fördermenge gewählt?

  3.

Wurde die richtige Motorgeschwindigkeit eingestellt?

  4.

Befindet sich genügend Chemie in den Vorratsflaschen?

  5.

Sind der Entlüftungsstutzen und der Stopfen auf dem Kupplungsflansch
richtig positioniert?

  6.

Sind die Flaschendeckel richtig aufgeschraubt?

  7.

Sind die Rollen entsprechend der Tankserie eingesetzt?

  8.

Ist das Niveau des Wassermantelbades hoch genug, um den Tank zu
temperieren ohne daß er aufschwimmt?

  9.

Ist die Kalt- bzw. Warmwasserzufuhr geöffnet?

10.

Sind die Chemikalienauffangflaschen in Position und haben sie genügend
Volumen frei, um die Chemikalien für diesen Prozess aufzunehmen?

11.

Liegen die Flaschenabdeckungen auf der Flaschenbatterie?
(Temperaturkonstanz)

12.

Vorne-/Hinten - Umschalter in richtiger Position?

Starten des Prozesses

Der Prozeß kann aus jeder Zeile der Betriebsanzeige durch Drücken der START-Taste gestartet werden.

Das Gerät überprüft die wichtigsten Startparameter:

Vorne/Hinten-Umschalter
Ausreichende Restmenge
Funktion des Trommelmotors
Mantelbadinhalt
Mantelbadtemperatur
Chemikalientemperatur
Funktion des Hebearms (abgesenkt)

Sind alle Überprüfungen o.k,. startet der Prozeß. Die Anzeige ändert sich (z.B):

Final check list

After attaching a tank to the processor, please go through the following check list:

1. Has the correct chemical program been selected?
2. Has the correct chemical supply quantity been selected?
3. Has the correct rotation speed been selected?
4. Do the supply bottles have sufficient chemicals in them?
5. Are the vent tube and plug on the coupling flange in the correct position?
6. Are the bottle caps screwed on snugly?
7. Are the rollers and supports configured correctly?
8. Is the water level in the upper trough sufficiently high to temper the tank

without making the drum float?

9. Are the cold and tempering water supply lines open?

10. Are the reclamation bottles in place and is there sufficient room in them for

this process?

11. Are the bottle covers in place?
12. Is the Front/rear - switch in the correct position?

Starting a process

A process can be started from anywhere in the operational display, by pressing the START key.

Before starting a process your AutoLab checks the most critical elements first:

Front/rear switch in correct position
Sufficient chemical volume in supply bottles
Rotation motor functioning correctly
Water bath level o.k.
Temperature of water bath o.k.
Temperature of chemicals in bottle o.k.
Function of lift arm (lowered)

When all these parameters are found to be OK, the process starts. The display changes (e.g.):
