NOTE:
Note: The ATL takes into account draining times for the chemical and rinse
steps. No additional time requires to be added for draining. During a
rinsing operation, the water is changed every 30 - 40 seconds.
After entering all the required values, you can go back through the
options, checking the programming and, if necessary, alter the settings.
An internal battery protects your programs in the event of power
failure. Even if the unit is left unplugged for several months, the
entered data is memorized.
6.2.2 Raising and lowering the lift arm manually
(Enter SET mode section 6.1.1).
Select option 2. and confirm by pressing ENTER.
Move the cursor to option "Lift.- arm, manual:" and press the ENTER key.
The display will change to the following:
The lift arm can now be raised or lowered with manually. Press to exit this option.
6.2.3 Heat exchanger
Model ATL- 2500 automatically refills bottles 1, 2, 3 and 4 with tempered chemicals through the built-in heat
exchanger. This allows you to easily process run to run without warm up delays. In the event you are using the
processor for E-6 and a C-41, you should dedicate the first three bottles (1, 2, 3) as the E-6 process and the last
three bottles (4, 5, 6) as the C-41 process. (see Section 6.2.4)
Hinweis: Das ATL berücksichtigt die Zeitdauer, die zum Entleeren der
verbrauchten Chemikalien benötigt wird. Es muß keine
zusätzliche Zeit für das Entleeren hinzugerechnet werden.
Bei der Wässerung wird das Wasser alle 30 - 40
Sekunden
gewechselt.
Nachdem alle Werte eingegeben sind, können Sie zurück-
gehen, das Programm überprüfen, und - falls nötig - ändern.
Eine interne Batterie schützt Ihre Programme bei Stromaus-
fall und selbst, wenn das Gerät für mehrere Monate
abgeschaltet ist, bleiben die eingegebenen Daten gespeichert.
6.2.2 Hebearm manuell
(Rufen Sie den SET-Mode auf Punkt 6.1.1).
Wählen Sie Punkt 2. und bestätigen Sie mit Enter.
Bringen Sie den Cursor auf “Hebearm manuell” und drücken Sie die ENTER-Taste.
Die Anzeige ändert sich:
Der Hebearm läßt sich jetzt mit manuell verfahren; mit verlasssen Sie das Menü.
6.2.3 Wärmetauscher
Beim ATL 2500 werden die vorderen Flaschen 1, 2, 3, 4 durch eingebaute Wärmetauscher befüllt. Die
Chemikalien sind sofort auf der eingestellten Prozeßtemperatur. Soll ein E-6 3-Bad und ein C-41 Prozeß in
der automatisch nachgefüllten Flaschenbatterie gefahren werden, so muß der E-6 Prozeß Flasche 1, 2, 3 und
der C-41 Prozeß Flasche 4, 5, 6 belegen. (siehe 6.2.4)
