HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

CAUTION

Disassembly of the gear pump entails replacement of seals.

1- Remove both screws securing the pump to the motor. Disconnect the pump.

2- Place the pump vertically on

a clean work area and
remov e the four flange
attachment screws. Remove
the flange.

3- Extract the pump body

ensuring both pinions and
bearings do not get
damaged (beware the two
seals on the upper bearing).

4- Extract the upper

bearing, both pinions then
the lower bearing.

Careful inspection of all pump components allows,
depending on parts wear, to diagnose operating faults
or pollution problems in the hydraulic circuit.
