4.1.3 Range

Resistance Mode: AUTO, MANU (HOLD, UP, DOWN)

4.1.4 Trigger

Internal, manual, external, bus
Internal: Continuously test a DUT and then output and display the result.
Manual: Press the “TRIGGER” button on the panel, the instrument will test a DUT once
and display the result. This mode keeps in waiting mode when it is not used.
External: Test a DUT once and display the result when the instrument receives
an external “start up” signal from the footswitch of HANDLER interface on the rear panel.
BUS: The measurement of the instrument will be triggered through the communication
interface.
