Check hydraulic reservoir oil level. Fill with hydraulic oil. See pg. 25 for oil type
Check the breather vent is in the correct
location and is free and clear.
Install the vent cap in the
correct location or replace.

Check for damage to the hydraulic system
or physical damage to the cylinder.
Replace or repair damaged
parts or equipment.
Refer to parts lists and figures for parts
listings.
Inspect EOD for damage, broken welds, or
worn parts
Replace or repair as needed
Refer to parts lists and figures for parts
listings.
Inspect paint Touch up as needed
Grease all tubes on EOD
Apply grease until grease
begins to come out at tube ends

At the cylinder: Check for bent or damaged
rods.
Replace cylinder
Refer to parts lists and figures for parts
listings.
Inspect EOD for damage, broken welds, or
worn parts
Replace or repair as needed
Refer to parts lists and figures for parts

Inspect Dock Bumpers
Inspect rubber for wear 4” of
projection is required
Refer to parts lists and figures for parts
listings.

operation.
Replace or install the breather
cap in the correct location

Check for foreign objects jammed in the
hydraulics or under the EOD.
Remove any foreign objects.
Grease all tubes on EOD
Apply grease until grease
begins to come out at tube ends
