Syntax

:[ROUTe]:CLOSe[m]

?<space>

[MAX|MIN]

Function Returns the current channel number on module ‘m’ (‘m’

becomes the new current module number). If m is omitted,
returns the current channel number on the current module.
The following parameters are accepted by the command:

•

no parameter:

returns the current channel number

•

MAX:

returns the maximum configured channel

number

•

MIN:

returns the first channel number

Example

CLOSE?

returns 10.

CLOSE2?

returns 5. (on module 2).

:ROUT:CLOSe2? MAX

returns the maximum configured

channels on module 2.

LCL

Syntax

:LCL

Function Returns the control status to local front panel control. This

function is identical to pressing the “LOCAL” key on the front
panel when the instrument is in the remote control mode.
