3.7. Install a Disk Drive with the Tray into the System
Before installing, please check if the carrier handle is at the open position. The following
procedure is for installing a disk drive with the tray into the both LFF and SFF systems.
The following content and images are detailed steps for installing a disk drive into the
system.
 Align a disk drive with the tray to the empty bay you would like to install and then push it
all the way into the disk drive bay until the carrier handle is at closed position.
 Lock the release button lock by pushing the lock from right to left.

Refer to the label on the system chassis for disk drive numbering. (Disk drive numbering
for 26-bay 2U chassis will be printed on the chassis)
