Automatic reversing:
This machine is equipped with automatic drill ejector. Between the nose of the quill
and the spindle housing there is a pivoting finger stop which prevents the spindle from
reaching its top position.
To loosen a tool, swing outward the pivot finger stop away from the spindle, and raise
the quill by means of the feed lever. In case of tight direct pressure and heat changes in
the spindle, the tool may get caught firmly in the spindle. In such a case we
recommend using an ordinary drill ejector instead of the automatic one.
NOTE!
Always see to it that the tongue of the tool is properly cleaned in order to
avoid unnecessary wear and tear in the holder of the quill.
