Wake to Radio (FM, AM or WEATHER)   

 

If “

rAd” was selected, t

he Radio will automatically turn on when the alarm time is 

reached. The corresponding 

ALARM 1 ICON (#22) or ALARM 2 ICON (#23) will flash

.

 

 

The unit will turn on and play the last radio station and band you listed to (FM, AM or 
Weather) when the wake time is reached, so make sure the band and station is set to 
the one you 

want to wake up to

.

 

 

The volume level will gradually increase from low to high. This cannot be changed. 

 

Press the SNOOZE BUTTON (#11) to temporarily turn off the radio, or tap he ALARM 1 
BUTTON (#8), ALARM 2 BUTTON (#10) or 

 

BUTTON (#9) to turn the alarm off.   

If no buttons are pressed when the radio is playing, it will continue playing for 60 minutes 
and then turn off automatically. 
 

Wake to Alarm   

 

A beeping Alarm will automatically turn on when the alarm time is reached. 

The 

corresponding 

ALARM 1 ICON (#22) or ALARM 2 ICON (#23) will flash. 

 

Press the SNOOZE BUTTON (#11) to temporarily turn off the alarm, or tap the ALARM 
1 BUTTON (#8), ALARM 2 BUTTON (#10) or 

 

BUTTON (#9) to turn the alarm off. 

If  no  buttons  are  pressed  when  the  alarm  is  sounding,  it  will  continue  sounding  for  60 
minutes and then turn off automatically

 

 
Turning the alarm ON or OFF                   

1.  In standby mode, press and hold the ALARM 1 BUTTON (#8).   
2.  The ALARM 1 ICON (#22) will begin flashing.   
3.  Either “ON” or “OFF” will also begin flashing on the LCD DISPLAY (#12).   
4.  Tap the TUNE - or TUNE + BUTTONS (#5 or # 7) to change between “ON” (Alarm 1 ON) 

or “OFF” (Alarm 1 OFF).   

5.  Select “ON” (Alarm 1 ON) in order to have alarm 1 wake you. 
6.  Select “OFF” (Alarm 1 OFF) to disable Alarm 1. 
7.  After a few seconds the display will automatically switch back to the time.   
 
Follow  Steps  1-7  above,  but  use  the  ALARM  2  BUTTON  (#10)  in  place  of  the  ALARM  1 
BUTTON (#8) to turn Alarm 2 ON or OFF

.

 

 

Review the Alarm time setting:   

1.  In standby mode, press and hold the ALARM 1 BUTTON (#8), The ALARM 1 icon (#22) 

and the On/Off setting show on the LCD DISPLAY (#12) and flash. 

2.  Tap the ALARM 1 BUTTON (#8) to check the hour of the alarm time. 
3.  Tap the ALARM 1 BUTTON (#8) again to check the minute of the alarm time. 
4.  Tap the ALARM 1 BUTTON (#8) again to check the wake up option. 
5.  Tap the ALARM 1 BUTTON (#8) again return to standby mode. 
6.  Review the ALARM 2 setting uses the same steps above, but using the ALARM 2 

BUTTON (#10) in place of the ALARM 1 BUTTON (#8). 

 

Notes:   

  For setting a one-day alarm, just set the desired alarm time one day before. 

  The alarm will sound at the time set the day prior. After having switched off the alarm       

sound, press and hold the corresponding alarm button and follow the above step 1 & 2 to 
disable the alarm (the alarm icon will off).   

  To set another one-day alarm, just repeat the above steps.
