Servicing and Inspection Instructions
JCM Seating Solutions Ltd recommend that an inspection of this product is completed once every 6 Months. If any
fault is found that could provide a hazard to either the occupier or the operator then the chair should not be used
until the product has been repaired. A competent person who preferably has experience of this type of product
should carry out the service. The growth and any changes of the occupants needs since the original assessment
should also be taken into account when servicing this product.
The table below has been provided for recording of relevant data regarding these inspections.
