THE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
OIL COLLECTION
1.
Lift the vehicle to proper height. Move the oil extractor
below the car engine. The oil tray position has to be
right under the vehicle oil drain hole.
2.
With the height set and ensuring the insert grille is in
place, open the in-line ball valve. Waste oil now can be
collected.
EMPTYING THE WASTE OIL
1.
When the tank is full, it must be emptied. This operation
should be carried out carefully to avoid spillage, etc.
Ensure valve is closed before connecting the airline to
the inlet.
2.
Place the outlet hose into a suitable container for
collection/ disposal
Note:
Do not release waste oil into the environment.
Now carefully open valve slowly to begin transfer. When
completed close valve and the other valve before disconnec-
ting the aire supply form inlet.

Do not extract flammable liquids;
2.
When extracting high temperature oils, keep hands and
face well protected;
3.
Never fill the reservoir over the maximum level indica
-
ted on the gauge;
4.
Check whether the pumping oil tube is clogged.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Regularly check the equipment for leakage oil, if there
is any should be immediately overhauled;
2.
Always check the hose connection is sealed;
3.
Oil storage tank should not be long-term storage of
waste oil, so as not to corrosion oil drums;
4.
Equipment surface should always be wiped clean, keep
the pumping unit clean, run out of the device, please
place in the shade to avoid direct sunlight.
