specified in this manual. When using locking elements, increase torque values by 5%.

FLUIDS AND LUBRICANTS

27.1 Grease

Use SAE multi-purpose high temperature grease with extreme pressure (EP) characteristics on
all areas requiring grease lubrication.

27.2 Oil (Hydraulic System)

All models equipped with the standard hydraulic power system will require

SAE MULTI-GRADE

OIL.

The following is a list of SAE multi-grade oils that are suitable for use in the hydraulic drive

system on your Jaylor mixer:

•

20W-50 Multi-Grade Oil

– For continuous ambient temperatures above 0 °C (32 °F)

•

5W-30 Multi-Grade Oil

– For all other applications.

27.3 Oil (Engine)

Please refer to the manual which has been provided by the engine manufacturer.
