Mini Mixer Models

Auger stops rotating
during mixing.

Auger jammed.

Clear packed material
and resume mixing.

Un-lubricated auger
support bushing.

Lubricate auger support
bushing.

Auger leading edge
digging into drum floor.

Adjust auger height.

Improper use of safety
switches (CE units).

If unloading door is open,
foot safety switch must
be depressed or auger
will stop rotating.

Auger rotates slowly

Hydraulic oil too hot.

Allow system to cool and
resume mixing.

Remove debris from all
hydraulic system
components.

Make sure hydraulic oil
cooler fan is operating
(A100 models). Replace
if necessary.

Un-lubricated steering

Lubricate steering
bearings, roller chain,
and gears/u-joint (within
the steering assembly).

Seized sealed flange
bearing(s) in steering
assembly.

Replace sealed flange
bearing(s).

Low air pressure in tire.

Increase air pressure to
maximum recommended
by tire manufacturer.

Steering chain loose.

Adjust tension of steering
chain (see section ‘

Un-lubricated
speed/direction control

Lubricate the pedal
bushings under the
operator’s platform and
clear any packed
material around the
pedals.

Electronic controls not

Charge battery or
replace if necessary.

Faulty wiring/blown fuse.

Check wiring for damage
and check for blown
fuses. Repair/replace
where necessary.

No current through starter
motor when attempting
to start the engine.

Make sure auger on/off
switch is in the ‘off’
position and parking
brake lever is engaged.
