Problem

Soil supply rate too slow
Height of soil slide set too low, too little
soil supplied to machine
Raise height of soil slide.
Height of soil slide set too low, tunnel of
soil forms above soil supply belt.
Raise height of soil slide.

Band slips
Check belt tension
No supply of soil
Elevator jammed
Switch elevator left and right several times
and reduce soil supply.
Pot dispenser not working
properly
Cable broken
Replace cable
Setting is wrong

Valve fouled
Replace valve
Cable does not move
smoothly, or breaks
Cable is too stiff
Lubricate cable with oil
Pots are not pushed off

Stop machine in highest position. Loosen

7.8.
Adjust (increase) soil supply belt stroke
Procedure:
1.
Remove guard (A).
a. Loosen M8 bolts by three turns: the guard can now be removed.
2.
Loosen nut and bolt (C) using two open end wrenches (19)
3.
Adjust rod (B).
a. Rod (B) has two adjustment holes:
i. Hole (1): smallest soil supply belt stroke
ii. Hole (2): largest soil supply belt stroke
