Tips
• Add extra minutes when the fryer is not yet warmed up at the correct temperature.
• Smaller ingredients usually require a slightly shorter preparation than larger ingredients.
• Sautéing ingredients halfway through the cooking process optimizes the result and prevents
unevenly fried ingredients.
• Add some oil to fresh potatoes for a crispy result.
• Do not prepare extremely greasy ingredients such as sausages.
• Only use accessories from japproducts combined with this fryer to avoid any malfunction.
• Fryer can also be used to re-heat ingredients. To do so, set the temperature to 150°C for 10
