Adjusting the angle between drive unit and
bearing area
How to change the standard 90° angle between the drive unit and contact area to the left or to the
right side:

Installing and changing the cutting tool
Attention
Risk of injury.
Turn off the machine and disconnect it from the mains supply.
Always switch off the machine before changing the angle between the drive
unit and base of the cutting tool.

Turn off the machine and disconnect it from the mains supply.
o
Press the button to unlock the rotatable casing
(Fig. 2/
9) down and turn the drive unit in
the required direction while securing the cutting tool.
o
Release the button and check if the locking device of the drive unit is latched (7 different
positions are possible).
o
Restart the machine.
Attention
Risk of injury.
Turn off the machine and disconnect it from the mains supply.
Only install the cutting tool if the machine is disconnected from the mains
supply.

Turn off the machine and disconnect it from the mains supply.
o
Loosen and remove the knurled nut
(Fig. 1/
8) for fixing the extractor
(Fig. 1/
7) and the
lower cover of the cutting tool / protective cover
(Fig. 4/
22).
o
Remove the extractor
(Fig. 1/
7) from the guide screw connection.
o
Release the cutting tool
(Fig. 4/
22) by removing the lower cutting tool cover.
