POSITION OF LOWER LOOPER THREAD GUIDES

LOWER LOOPER THREAD GUIDE (A)

Loosen the set screw (C), and adjust the lower looper thread guide (A) so that the hole of

thread guide is in line with the groove of lower looper as shown in ** F **.

Be careful not to raise the lower looper thread guide (A) too high. Otherwise it will touch

the metal of the arm, the feed dog or the feed dog platform.

LOWER LOOPER THREAD GUIDE(B)

Loosen set screw (D) on lower looper thread guide (B). Align lower looper thread guide
(B) with the slit (H) on the lower looper drive arm (G) as shown. Tighten set screw (D).

LOOPER THREAD TAKE-UP LEVER (I)

Loosen the set screw (E), and adjust the position of looper thread take-up lever (I) so that
the side of looper thread take-up lever (I) comes over the center (L) of hole (J) as shown
in ** K **.
