* LED shows the rank of 100.
* The LED shows the rank of 100.
[Correct condition]
Slide the speed control slider to
the left and right. The figure on
the LED should be as follows:
000 - 002 at the left most
postion
253 - 255 at the right most
mosition
Press the clear button to
proceed to the next step.
[Correct condition]
The LED shows:
000-016 when released the
foot control
208-236 when depressed fully
237-255 when the foot control
is disconnected.
Press the clear button to
proceed to the next step.
[Correct condition]
Press the buttons, which
correspond to the solenoids.
(1) Auto thread cutter solenoid
Set the needle bar at the lowest
position. Press the
corresponding button.
When the driving arm is at:
Up: OFF
Down: ON
2) Bobbin idling prevension
lever
Remove the hook cover plate.
Press the corresponding button.
When the lever is at the:
right: OFF
left: ON
3) Upper shaft declutch
solenoid
Set the needle bar at the
highest position. Press the
corresponding button.
When the activating rod is at
the position of:
Up: OFF
Down: ON
Press the “Clear” button to
proceed to the next step.
[Faulty condition]
The LED does not change, or
it shows conversely.
Replace the speed control slider,
circuit board K and/or circuit
board A.
