Serial Bluetooth
Note: Please refer to the specific instructions provided with the device you wish to
communicate with for proper setup via serial Bluetooth profiles.
To connect Bluetooth by means of serial.
1.
Double tap the Bluetooth on the desktop.
2.
Tap the show local services.
3.
Double-tap the Serial Port Icon.
4.
Select the appropriate COM port required to communicate with the paired
device (ex. COM4).
5.
Tap OK.
6.
A message will display on the screen:
“Serial Port successfully loaded on port COMx:

Select OK.
