Unpack the bath and lift it only by the rim and
never
by any
pipe line or electric equipment (use protective gloves).
check for any damage or defects by removing the protec-
tive plastic film (damages from impact or scratches re-
ported after installation are not covered by our guarantee).
check that the clamps holding the rubber couplings and
the air lines are tightly fastened.
The installation of the whirlpool baths can be made against
finished (tiled) walls and floor.
The panels allow access to electromechanical devices in-
stalled under the bath rim, as well as proper aeration re-
quired for water-air mixture during hydromassage.
aeration must be guaranteed also if Jacuzzi
®
panels are not
used (see “Instruction for pre-installation"). panels must
be firmly installed and proper tools must be used when
being removed. openings, holes, grids, used for aera-
tion, should not allow the introduction of objects having
a diameter of 12 mm or larger.

Where required, apply the seal with two-sided
adhesive tape (A) on the lower part of the tub edge after
having removed all traces of dirt. Remove the protective
backing (B) and apply the seal. Cut the part in excess
(detail 2)

) Place the tub in its location of installation. Level it
and adjust the height by manually turning the feet (A) locat-
ed on the corners of the tub.
notE:
The upper level of the tub, measured at the end of
the edge, must be at a height of 57 cm (65 cm for Sharp Ex-
tra) from the floor. To compensate for possible irregularities
of the floor, the bath feet can be regulated from -0,5 + 1 cm

) Mark on the floor a hole for each outer foot. One
hole is enough.
Remove the bath and drill the floor.
Insert screw anchors (B). Adjust center feet (A1) so they rest
firmly on the floor (

).
If the tub calls for installation of Jacuzzi
®
tap fixtures on
the edge of the bath, install them before the tub is posi-
tioned and secured in its location of installation.

) At this stage, attach the syphon and the
drainage outlet provided following the instructions and con-
nect it to the drain using the specific adjustable siphon (sup-
plied). Before tightening the relevant screws (5) place the
drainage pipe central to the drainage hole (
detail a
). Com-
plete installation by inserting a plug (6) and the cover (7).
If the tub is filled directly from the spout (through the
overflow), a specific DB type protection device (En 1717)
must be installed and positioned at least 15 cm over the tub
rim. ask your water board and/or your plumber for details
on system features.
(IEc 60335-1/a2:2006) the pressure in the plumbing
system feeding the device must not exceed 600 kpa (6 bars).
Check that the column control, after closing the drain, is
positioned as shown in the figure

) Before fixing the bath to the floor, a final test for
possible water leaks caused by transport damage should be
made. Fill the bath up to approx. 5-6 cm. above the upper-
most hydromassage jets.
Please make sure that all joints and fittings are thoroughly
inspected, before emptying the tub.

) Drain the bath and secure all outer feet with screws
(C) to the floor.

Connect the electric box and the power line respecting the
symbols

the lid from the box, establish the connections, and close
the lid carefully. Secure the cable clamp well to ensure pro-
tection from jets of water.
IMPORTANT: for Countries where 220-240V voltage
is supplied by a two-phase system (L+L), the connec-
tion has to be made on terminals L and N anyway.

In the accessory kit box, which contains the various taps and
fittings, you will find the instructions for assembling them.

Fit the rotating jets (contained in the accessory
kit box by inserting the nozzle in the nozzle body; then insert
the lid so that the pin is inserted in the central hole of the
nozzle. Make sure that the grooves under the cover and
inserted in the corresponding notches in the nozzle body.
