26. Remove radiator/hydraulic oil cooler (29) from

radiator firewall (28).

NOTE

Dispose of fluids properly at approved local recycling
centers. If recycling facilities are not available, contact
your local environmental department for correct disposal
procedure of fluids.

Installation Notes

• Install radiator/hydraulic oil cooler by reversing the

order of removal.

• Apply dielectric grease (Jacobsen PN 365422) to any

wire connectors disconnected.

• With lower radiator hose removed from radiator, flush

inside of radiator with fresh water.

• Make sure new O-rings are in place before installing

hoses and fittings.

• Replace hydraulic oil charge filter. (See “Hydraulic

Oil Charge Filter Assembly” on page 6-99.)

• Refill hydraulic tank. (Refer to “Parts and

Maintenance Manual” for correct oil specifications.)

• Fill radiator with clean water and ethylene glycol

based antifreeze mixed for coldest ambient
temperature.

• Start engine. Check hydraulic and engine coolant

systems for leaks. Repair as necessary.

• Check hydraulic oil and antifreeze levels and add if

necessary.
