10. Remove radiator cap.
11. Loosen hose clamp (11), disconnect lower radiator
hose (12), and drain coolant.
12. Remove four screws (2), lock washers (3), and nuts
(4) and set coolant recovery tank and bracket (1)
aside.
NOTE
Label all wires before disconnecting to ensure correct
installation.
13. Disconnect wire (5) from radiator/hydraulic oil cooler
mounting bracket.

14. Place a suitable clean container, at least 2 gal (9.9 L)
capacity, under the hydraulic oil cooler.
15. Disconnect lower hydraulic hose (19) at fitting (18)
and drain hydraulic oil from hydraulic oil cooler.
16. Disconnect upper hydraulic hose (13). Plug hydraulic
hose (13).
17. Disconnect and remove hydraulic hose (19) at fitting
(20).
18. Loosen hose clamp (14) and disconnect overflow
hose (15).
19. Loosen hose clamp (16) and disconnect upper
radiator hose (17).

20. Disconnect hydraulic hose (23).
21. Set hydraulic return filter and bracket assembly (22)
aside.
22. Using a suitable lifting device, support
radiator/hydraulic oil cooler and firewall assembly
(21).

23. Remove six screws (24), flat washers (25), lock
washers (26), and nuts (27).
24. Carefully remove radiator/hydraulic oil cooler and
firewall assembly from mower.
