Check for Recent Updates
We recommend that you check the Customer Portal for software or informational
updates. There might be recent updates that may affect the operation of your device.
1. Go to www.netoptics.com and click on the Customer Portal link.
2. If you have not already done so, create a new account.
Note, it might take up to 24 hours to get a password.
3. Sign in to your account with the password.
4. Go to Premium Software Updates > iBypass 40-10 link.
5. Review the Release Notes.
6. If a software update is available and installation is desired, follow the
instructions on the Release Notes.
