1. INTRODUCTION

This manual is a guide to the correct use of the range of ITOWA multi-frequency remote control sets. 
These sets have been specially designed for the wireless remote control of all types of 
electromechanical machinery. 
FM frequency and FFSK codification are used for the radio transmission of control signals. The most 
advanced technology and the latest generation microprocessors have been incorporated in the 
electronic design. This means total safety when using the radio control. 
To avoid unwanted manoeuvres, the system is provided with several safety mechanisms that are 
described further on. Manoeuvres are immediately blocked if any anomalies are automatically 
detected. 
The system operates in the UHF band, in the frequencies between 433.050 and 434.775 MHz or 
between 868.000 and 870.000 MHz as stipulated in the telecommunications legislation of the I-ETS 
300 220.

GCFI VERSION 

The GCFI 

(Intelligent Changing Frequency Management)

 has been designed to enable an intelligent 

change of non-occupied frequency, always automatically and at random. This allows avoiding 
interferences that can cause continuous problems during the equipments performance. 

NOTA: ALL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS MANUAL WITHREGARDS EITHER TO CHANGE 

OF FREQUENCY OR TO WORKING CHANNEL IS NOT VALID FOR GCFI VERSIONS.
