Pre-stored only : Enter a check mark to specify the cuvette information can only be selected from a
list of lot numbers specified by the supervisor.
Note: Up to five cuvette lot numbers and expiration dates can be specified for each assay (see
page 64).
Note : If more than five cuvette lot numbers per assay are scanned or entered, the lot number(s)
with the closest expiration date will be deleted.
QC Lot Options
1.
Required : Enter a check mark to require entry of a QC lot number when running a quality control
test.
2.
Scan only : Enter a check mark to specify the QC lot number can only be entered using the barcode
scanner.
Note: If Scan only is enabled, the operator is prompted to scan the QC information when
running a test. The operator can still enter the QC information manually by pressing the 7 key
(as indicated by the 7=Manual Entry prompt), but the QC information must be entered twice.
Refer to page 33 for additional information.

for both level 1 and level 2 controls (see page 65).

2 controls, the lot number(s) with the closest expiration date will be deleted.
Saving the Options
1.
Click Save & Exit to save the specified options and cancel display of the dialog box.
Note : Cancel clears all fields without saving any parameters.
