Cleaning Electrode

The ignition electrode (1) and revelation (2) have to
be cleaned very carefully, after a period of time they
get fragile because of the work they have to perform.
- Unscrew the screws (3 o 4) and extract the electro-
de group (1 o 2) using a little brush with metallic hair
for cleaning, after insert the electrode group (1 o 2) if
necessary exchange the seal gasket (5) be real
careful to not damage the electrode.

Pressure switch tubes 

- Check that the tubes are cleaned.
-  Air fan motor.
- Pressure switch unloaded fumes.

Processor control box (P.C.B assy) replacement

Card control or flame control.
- Follow the indication to exchange the flame control (1).
- Unscrew the screws (2) from the card control
- Correctly on plug the connectors
- Exchange the flame control
- Be real careful plugging the connectors

Atmospheric thermostat. Replacement

Follow the indication for exchanging the thermostat
- Disconnect the cable connectors and the thermo-
stat bulb (2) away from the clips.
- Take off the regulation knob (1) unscrewing the two
screw 4MA under it.
-  Extract away from the hole the thermostat.
-Component replacement, after do the peace assem-
blage.
