disconnect

multimeter
in
series
with

conductor

the
current
to
be
measured
flows
.

Turn
on
power
to

circuit
under
test
.

reading

completing

measurement

turn
off

to

circuit
under
test
,
disconnect
the
test
leads
from
multimeter
