3-1.7 Instruction of lamp and alarm

）
Indicator of level switch
：
Indicator lamp is on when the contact closed and alarm
activates. When the contact open, indicator lamp is off and alarm stop.

Cycle switch
：
Indicator lamp is on when number of cycles is not in the range of the
user’s setting after discharging finished. Indicator lamp is off when number of cycles
is in the range of the user’s setting after discharging finished.
Standard model
：
Indicator lamp of pressure is on when the contact of pressure switch
closed after pumping operation complete. Indicator lamp of pressure is off and the
contact of pressure switch open after pumping operation complete.

When the contact of level switch and pressure switch closed, alarm breaker connected and
alarm activates.

Alarm instruction
：
1. Alarm of level(lubricant level drop to LOW mark.) shows“E - O”on the upper display
screen
。
2. Alarm of pressure(build-in pressure in the main line is lower than default setting)
shows“E - P”on the upper display screen.
3. Alarm of piston detector(cycle counts out of setting value) shows“E -A”on the upper
display screen and real number of running cycle on the lower display screen.
Note: When the user apply piston detector, applicable adjustment of piston detector fit to
lubrication time is necessary in case narrow setting cause alarm.
