SPI programming must follow this 7 word format, each word made of 4 hexadecimal values:

in the example:

At each falling edge of FSYNC, it is sent by SDATA line a 16bit frame (4 value hexadecimal
word), starting by the most significant bit. Each data bit is sampled at each SCLK falling edge.

DDS SPI PHYSICAL INTERFACE
DDS MODULATOR can be programmed through SPI interface available either on JC2 or JC3
connectors.
When EXPANSION-II (JC2 CONNECTOR) is used, the SPI ports are:
