Screen Recording
Click icon to enter screen recording mode. User can choose to screen record with or without
external audio (Microphone) sound. The recording will be saved in subsequent 45 minutes long
sessions. For example: if a recording is 90 minutes long, the record will be separated into two 45
minutes sessions. Record will be saved automatically in “Meeting Minutes” (File Commander ->
Meeting Minutes)
To Record external sound source while doing screen recording in Windows (OPS), please switch the
“ USB Device System Host ” in “ Personal Setting ” to “ Android ”, but the Windows Platform will no
longer access to the IFP’s Microphone, Camera and USB port.
Wireless Screen Sharing
Click icon to enter screen sharing software we pre-installed for wirelessly transmit the
content of mobile phones, tablets or computers to the display, and truly achieve the wireless screen
transmission function of the projection device and the projected device (note: mobile phones, tablets
or computers need to be on the same local area network). Refer to 5.3.3 for more details.

Users can input a topic (not required) and input options (2 options minimum, 10 options maximum.)
After tapping “ Complete ”, a QR code is generated for users to scan with their mobile devices.
