Feature Description & Operation Manual

While User Greeting is played, Caller can dial any digit that is pre-programmed in Personal
CCR table(PGM 128), and the call is routed to CCR table destination.

If Personal CCR destination is not available state(Busy / Error / No Answer), the call will be
routed to PGM 167 DID/DISA destination.

There is [CCR Table Usage] option.

Only this option is set to ON, CCR table is worked.

If this option set to OFF, CCR table is not worked, and next following digits are available, and
follow system DISA call flow.

If caller want to hear User Greeting again, dial [*], or [#] is allowed.

Operation

1. A station 110 is set to forward to VSF-VM group, and 110 has Personal user greeting.
2. A outside caller hears station 110

’s personal user greeting.

3. The caller dials a digit.
4. The dialed digit is matched with Personal CCR table, call goes to Personal CCR

Destination.

5. The dialed digit is NOT matched with Personal CCR table, call goes to PGM 167

DID/DISA destination.

Conditions

1.  It is allowed only CO Incoming Call.
2.  If a personal user greeting is not recorded, this feature is not working.
3.  In case of Personal CCR, there is no retry count.
4.  The priority of Personal User Greeting is as followings.

A.  Personal CCR
B.  Outgoing Mailbox Destination
C.  User Greeting DISA
