Function 6 (F6) Service hours’ counter
The maximum number of programmable operating hours before a revision service is required. This
register will count back after every 1000 minutes relay 1 has been used. The value of this register
represents the number x 1000 minutes, e.g. 5 = 5000 minutes. When the counter reaches the zero
value, the message “SR” will appear on the display. This is the standard message that a revision
“service” is required. The maximum programmable value is 254 (x`1000 minutes). If the value is set at
255, the service counter is not being made use of.
Note: The timer will keep functioning.
Function 7 (F7) Operating hours’ counter
The service minutes counter is an electronic counter which registers cumulatively the number of minutes
the main channel, relay 1, has been operative. The main channel Relay 1 is only activated during the
main-time of the MicroTimer. The counter is registered into the memory of the MicroTimer. The 6-digit
reading goes from the end to the start;
First counter
0 = value 1
Second counter 1 = value 3
Third counter
2 = value 7
Fourth counter 3 = value 5
Fifth counter
4 = value 0
Sixth counter
5 = value 0
The total service hours in this example is 005731 minutes
