The programmer status:
The Microtimer
can be programmed by means of three operating keys which are integrated in the front
panel of the machine. By activating these operating keys, the function menu can be set, modified or
read. The operating keys are marked at the outside by Start / Pause, Timer and Stop.
Activating the function menu:
1) Push simultaneously the Start / Pause and the Stop keys;
2) Release both operating keys, and the message F1 will appear on the display;
3) Scroll by means of the Start / Pause operating key (Up) and the Stop key (Down) to the desired
function;
4) Push simultaneously the Start / Pause and the Stop keys to read or modify the current value of the
selected function;
5) Modify this value by means of the Start / Pause (Up) or the Stop key (Down);
6) Leave and confirm the set value by pushing simultaneously the Start / Pause key (Up) and the Stop
key (Down). You will now be back in the function menu and can, if necessary, scroll to another
function;
7) Leave the function menu by scrolling to Function 0 and by pushing then simultaneously the Start /
Pause key (Up) and the Stop key (Down).
NOTE!
All settings of the MicroTimer can be effected by means of three keys on the front panel of the timer.
Important is the blocking function of the settings via the dip-switch 4 at the inside of the timer. If the dip-
switch 4 is set in ON, all settings can be effected, if the dip-switch 4 is set in OFF, all programmable
functions are blocked.
Function overview
Function “0” (F0)
By choosing this function, the timer will remain stand-by to be programmed or to leave the menu.
Function “1” (F1) Main-time setting;
Main-time setting for relay 1 per given start pulse.
Function “2” (F2) Pre-time setting;
Before initiating the main-time, relay contact 2 will be closed. This setting is programmable up to a
maximum of 255 minutes.
Function 3 (F3) Post-time setting;
After finishing the main-time, relay contact 2 will be closed. This setting is programmable up to a
maximum of 255 minutes.
Function 4 (F4) Maximum number of start pulses
Maximum number of start pulses that can be activated cumulatively to increase the total main-time.
Function 5 (F5) Minimum number of start pulses
Minimum number of start pulses that has to be activated in order to activate the timer. E.g. 3 start
pulses for 5 minutes. This function will always go in combination with accumulation (function 4). The
accumulation must always have the same as or be a multiplication of the minimum value.
