1 � The seat shell is only approved for its intended use� It is used for positioning
and restraining persons with corresponding physical characteristics�
In particular, the intended use does NOT cover the following:

Use of the ERGOLINE as a seat by other persons,

Use of the ERGOLINE as a car seat,

Use of the ERGOLINE to stabilize the patient during performance of
personal hygiene,

Use of the ERGOLINE following disassembly/modification of individual
components�
2 � The ERGOLINE seat shell is designed for insertion in standard folding wheel
chairs� The restraints and strap systems have been designed for this purpose�
As a result, other uses are not covered by the intended use�
3 � Always check to ensure that the seat shell is securely connected to the wheel
chair�
4 � Do not mount any accessories that have not been tested and approved by the
manufacturer�
11. Reuse and disposal
Reuse
ERGOLINE is suitable for reuse� Before it is passed on, all the necessary cleaning
and maintenance activities must be performed� When it is handed over, make
sure it is accompanied by all the documentation necessary for use (including
these instructions for use)�
Disposal
When ERGOLINE has reached the end of its service life, make inquiries with your
local waste management company about the regulations concerning disposal
and recycling�
