Desactivating outgoing call storage

30.14.3 TOLL FREE restriction (Buffer memory full)

Default factiry setting: Feature desactivated.

This feature blocks outgoing calls when the call report buffer memory is full. In this

case only the operator can establish outgoing calls.

Polarity inversion allows for call billing once the call connection has been established.

The PABX identifies when an outgoing call connection is established through the

polarity inversion of the line.
