IOP mode select jumper block
: This jumper is used to place the IOP in reset, which
enables the flash chip to be programmed to recover resident firmware (FW). See
for a detailed description of jumper J1.

Leave this jumper in the default position (pins 2-3 to auto-negotiate
33/66 Mhz) unless instructed to do otherwise by customer support or a specification
update.
2.2
Diagnostic Features
The SRCS14L has LED indicators, an 80db audible alarm, and boot-up beep sequences
that can help diagnose the controller.
2.2.1
LED Indicators
The LEDs on the controller indicate SATA activity, data transfer, power status, PCI bus
frequency, and reset mode.
