Assembling the System

6. Install the drive into the drive tray and secure it with the provided mounting screws. (See

Figure 26.)

7. Slide the drive carrier through the front of the chassis, being sure to insert the rear tab

(Figure 27, C on page 44) into its chassis slot and the two front tabs (D) into their chassis slots.

8. Secure the drive tray and the EMI shield to the front of the chassis with the screws you

removed earlier.

If you are installing a device that requires user access such as a diskette, tape,
or zip drive, do not reattach the EMI shield.
