Command Reference INSYS ADSL 1.0
Command Description
ppp_info
Display of the condition of the PPPoA connection
Displays the condition of the PPPoA connection.
By entering
ppp_info
the condition of the PPPoA connection is displayed includ-
ing important parameters:
Connected since: <Data and time>
PPP IP address local: <local IP address>
PPP IP address remote: <remote IP address>
DNS1: <IP address of DNS server 1>
DNS2: <IP address of DNS server 2>
If no PPPoA connection exists, only the offline condition is returned:
offline
ppp_user
Display and configuration of the PPP user name
Displays the configured PPP user name or configures it.
The configured PPP user name is displayed by entering
ppp_user
without any
further parameters (default = username):
PPP user name: <user name>
By entering
ppp_user <user name>
the user name will be set to <user name>.
Response:
PPP user name set
pppoa
Display and configuration of the PPPoA usage
Displays or configures, whether the INSYS ADSL 1.0 uses PPPoA (PPP over ATM).
The current setting is displayed by entering
pppoa
without any further parameters
(default = 0):
PPPoA: <x>
The following is valid for
<x>
:
0 PPPoA is disabled
1 PPPoA is enabled
By entering
pppoa <x>
this parameter will be set to the value <x>. See above for
valid values.
Response:
PPPoA set
reboot
Restart of the INSYS ADSL 1.0
Restarts the INSYS ADSL 1.0
Response:
Rebooting system
save
Saving the settings
Saves the configuration changes at the INSYS ADSL 1.0 permanently. The
changes become only effective after the next restart of the INSYS ADSL 1.0.
Response:
Configuration saved, reboot to use the new settings
