JUMPS AND POSITIONS
BASIC BOUNCE
1. Start from a standing position, with feet shoulder width
apart head up and eyes on the trampoline bed.
2. Swing your arms forward and up above your head in a
circular motion.
3. Bring your legs together in mid-air and point your toes
downwards.
4. Land back on the mat with feet shoulder width apart
(same as the starting position).
KNEE DROP
1. Start with a low basic bounce.
2. Land on your knees shoulder width apart, keeping your
back straight and a strong body position using arms to
maintain balance.
3. Bounce back to the basic bounce position by using your
momentum and swinging your arms above your head.
4. Once mastered at this height, try bouncing a little
higher, but remember to always stay in control of your
height.
SEAT DROP
1. Start with a low basic bounce.
2. Land with your legs straight in front of you, with your
hands on either side of your hips and your back
straight.
3. Use the momentum and a push of your hands to return
to a standing position.

ADVANCED BOUNCE
1. Start with a low basic bounce.
2. Land on your hands and knees, make sure that your
back is horizontal and that your hands and legs are
shoulder width apart.
3. Use the momentum and push off your hands to regain
the standing position.
